Al Warsan (or Al Warisan) is a developing area located next to the well-liked residential neighborhood of International City. It is a relatively new development near Al Warqaa and Nad Al Sheba, and construction is still ongoing. The community is divided into four sub-districts, labeled 1 to 4. While primarily industrial and home to the Dubai Sewage and Treatment Plant, Al Warsan is also seeing growth in its residential sector. As new projects are introduced, it is anticipated that International City will expand into much of Al Warisan. With ongoing development, Al Warsan will offer more opportunities in the coming years.
